PUBLIC USE OF FACILITIES
The Board of Education provides for the approved use of the district’s facilities for non-profit groups when these facilities are not in use by the school district.
Written “Use of Facilities Request Forms” must be filed with the District Office well in advance of the event(s) to allow the Board of Education to review and approve. All Building Use Request forms must be completely filled out and submitted, along with a written proof of insurance from the group’s insurance carrier.
