Construction Update
Over this summer, the last phase of the original construction project which was started three years ago is being completed. The updates include: cafeteria ceiling lighting and floor replacement, replacing refrigerators and freezers in the kitchen which were from the late 1960's, replacing loading dock, landscaping, outdoor lighting and handrails, redesigning and adding to the student playground area, adding security fencing around the school property, adding more handicap accessible sidewalks, finish adding energy efficient lighting to all occupied spaces of the building, and replacing drinking fountains.
All the new improvements are very exciting and will be complete by September 1, 2010. Due to the nature of the construction, school grounds have been restricted this summer. We appreciate the community support.
