To help ensure the safety of our students and staff, Wynantskill UFSD held its first lockdown drill of the year on Oct. 4
The drill allows the district to practice safety procedures and ensures police are familiar with our school in the event of an emergency. School districts hold four lockdown and eight fire drills each year.
“Our students and staff did an outstanding job with the drill as always. I would like to thank the Town of North Greenbush Police Department for assisting us. They are a great partner in helping keep our school safe,” said Superintendent Dr. Thomas Reardon.
