Reminder: Budget Hearing 5/4 @ 7pm
Attention Wynantskill Residents:
As a reminder, there will be a budget hearing for the 2023-24 proposed school budget on Thursday, May 4th at 7 pm in the Gardner-Dickinson Library.
Spring Picture Day – Friday May 12th
Friday, May 12th will be spring picture day! Pictures will be taken outdoors and students will go home with an instruction sheet that day indicating how to view the pictures online – there’s no need to preorder before seeing your photos.

5-8th Grade Band & Chorus: May 23rd at 7pm.

Alumni Spotlight: Antonina Losi
Alumni Spotlight: Antonina Losi, Currently a Sophomore at UAlbany, was interviewed by the Times Union. Antonina describes her experience researching the proteins involved in Type 2 diabetes, in an effort to stop the disease.

Gr. 3-8 NYS Assessment Dates
Dear Parents,
The annual New York State (NYS) assessments for Grades 3-8 English Language arts (ELA) and Math will be administered after our spring break. These annual tests are state mandated and designed to measure student achievement and proficiency with the NYS learning standards that guide classroom instruction. The data we receive help us prepare for and plan our academic programming for the following school year.
Our testing dates are:
ELA Part 1: Wednesday, April 19
ELA Part 2: Thursday, April 20
ELA Make-up Day: Friday, April 21
Math Part 1: Tuesday, May 2
Math Part 2: Wednesday, May 3
Math Make-up Day: Thursday, May 4
Administration will begin between 8:30-8:45 am. The tests are untimed and students may take as long as they need to complete them within the confines of the school day. The tests typically take 80 – 100 minutes to complete.
We look forward to your child’s success with New York State tests this year.

Public Hearing for Volunteer Firefighters and Ambulance Tax Exemption 4/20
LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
